went out today after a gazillion years cooped up at home. i so need a life.
any way, went out with mich and fee to do our university applications today. made a trip to clementi to submit my particulars to SIM. but, guess what! i had everything except for two passport sized photos. so i have to make my way to celementi yet again just to submit two passport sized photos. good job.
one thing that made the trip to SIM worthwhile was the flea market kinda thing they had today! WOOT. happy happy. tracyeinny(the online shop) had a stall there. happy happy yet again. i love the online stuff but never got off my lazy butt to leave my email and stuff so this was good. i bought a yellow floral print chiffon dress and this blue chiffon top for 50 bucks. kinda regret buying the blue chiffon top though. seems i've not been totally cured of my impulse shopping disease. ):
after leaving SIM went to town after a long long long time. seriously, it's like suddenly i see new shops everywhere and i go, "wow! new shop!" and mich and fee looks at me like i've just crawled out from under a rock.
oh, signed up for japanese classes today. it's over 500 bucks. so damn expensive but nevermind. i'm pretty determined to learn it, and well. so, it's an investment for the future or something right?
so, after leaving town, went to bugis to meet dad to buy new phone. but, in the end, the phone i wanted was only available online so i couldn't buy the phone today. BUT BUT, after i got home and checked out the phone, i realised it doesn't have 3G so decided to get the sony ericsson w910i instead. back to square one.
any way, while waiting for my dad at bugis, went to look around at kinokuniya and i gave in to temptation and bought a book. oh, i forgot to mention i bought cleo as well as uk glamour today which brings my reading list to as follows:
1. Preparation for the coming of the Lord - Lance Lambert
2. Grotesque - Natsuo Kirino (it is in english by the way. don't be taken in by the author's name. i haven't actually started japanese lessons you know. and even if i did i doubt i'll be good enough to read a japanese book.)
3. cleo magazine
4. uk glamour magazine
okay, so magazines do not really count as books. but still. you need to time to read it and stuff too okay.
so, going to SIM again tmr and going swimming with fee at gran's after. WOOT. hope the SIM thing finishes early so we have more time to swim. i so need the exercise. i'm beginning to turn into a blob.
my life is more exciting these few days. lol.
seeya.
